You must be an internal-facing practitioner from an organization that does not provide learning or talent solutions in order to be considered.
Internal-facing Practitioner Defined
Internal-facing learning practitioner — An individual currently in a leadership role, responsible for curating programs and materials, leading a team or overseeing the operations of an internal learning and professional development program at an organization that does not offer learning or talent solutions.
If the definition above does not accurately describe your role, you most likely will fall into the category of a solution provider or consultant/coach in the learning and development community.
