Apply To Be a 2024 Breakfast Club Speaker

About the Breakfast Club Series

BetterWork Media Group (BMG)’s Breakfast Club series proudly continues its tradition of connecting leaders over breakfast to reinforce the vital connection between learning and development, talent management and business strategy.

Our collaborative format features a series of virtual mini-events, where esteemed Chief Learning Officers (CLOs), Chief Talent Officers (CTOs) and learning and talent leaders take center stage to share their insights and experiences addressing modern-day challenges.

Hosted by members of the BMG editorial team, each mini-event is carefully crafted to offer an enriching learning experience, spanning approximately two hours. The agenda includes:

  • a 60-min panel discussion with a moderator, learning and/or talent practitioners and a sponsor speaker.
  • a 20-min FASTtalk presentation.
  • a 20-min research segment, garnering real-time data from attendees and sparking discussions around the day’s themes.

Who We Are Looking For

If you possess a wealth of expertise within the learning and development or talent industry, Chief Learning Officer and Chief Talent Officer are keen to engage with you!

Our ideal speakers are executive-level learning and talent practitioners who have firsthand insights into any of our 2024 themes below. You must be an internal-facing practitioner from an organization that does not provide learning or talent solutions in order to be considered.

Internal-facing Practitioners Defined

Internal-facing learning practitioner — someone who is currently in a leadership role that focuses on curating programs/materials, leading a team, or overseeing the operations of an internal learning/professional development program at their organization.

Internal-facing talent practitioner — someone who is currently in a leadership role that focuses on driving the design, development and execution of internal talent management programs and/or who leads organizational culture efforts internally at their organization.

If neither of the definitions above accurately describe your role, you most likely will fall into the category of a solution provider or consultant/coach in the learning and development and/or talent management communities. Solution providers, consultants and coaches may learn more about Breakfast Club sponsorship and presentation opportunities here.
